This is a key role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pre-delivery department for heavy vehicles. You'll be responsible for coordinating technicians, organising required parts, and ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standard before handover. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication with the stock controller and a proactive approach to workflow management.

Previous experience in a workshop or pre-delivery environment, preferably with heavy vehicles. Strong organisational skills, the ability to lead from the front, and a keen eye for detail are essential. A current HR driver's licence is required—or we can assist in arranging this for the right candidate.

A competitive salary package of $100,000 OTE including incentives, plus superannuation, or the option of an attractive hourly rate. You'll enjoy a supportive team environment, stable full-time hours, and the opportunity to take real ownership of the department.
