How you'll contribute

  • Budget Policy: Finalise a comprehensive budget policy aligned with audit recommendations, Treasury standards, and QLD Government processes.
  • Costing Model: Implement an absorption costing model, allocate indirect/overhead costs, and integrate outcomes into the pricing framework.
  • Audit Resolution: Address audit findings in cost management/reporting and ensure improvements feed into future pricing methodology.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working with cost models
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial policy development
  • Familiarity with Queensland Government financial cycles
  • Advanced Excel (modelling, lookups, analysis); Power BI (beneficial)
  • Experience with Finance One (preferred)
