What You'll Be Doing
This is your chance to redefine how two of Australia's most trusted comparison brands listen to their customers. You'll lead a game-changing project that will set the standard of customer insights across iSelect and Compare the Market.
Our Voice of the Customer (VoC) Project Lead will design, build and launch a new enterprise-wide customer insights platform - one that empowers smarter decisions, elevates customer experiences and drives growth.
This isn't just a project; it's a transformation. You'll be at the heart of it, blending strategy, technology and stakeholder engagement to deliver a program that turns feedback into action.
Your focus will be to:
- Collaborate and influence - partner with senior leaders, tech teams and customer experience experts to shape the program
- Design for impact - develop frameworks, surveys and implementation plans that capture meaningful insights
- Drive change - manage procurement, reporting and governance while keeping everyone aligned and engaged
- Keep the insights flowing - support monthly reporting until the new program launches
This is a 12 to 15 month contract role, open to candidates based in Brisbane or Melbourne. Most of your work will be local, with only occasional travel to support collaboration and keep things connected.
What's In It For You
At Compare the Market and iSelect, we're all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours. We offer an environment where your ideas are heard, your contributions are valued, and your growth genuinely matters. Collaboration is part of our DNA and you'll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking team where you can do meaningful work (and be recognised for it)
We're guided by three shared values that shape how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our customers - Drive, Noble Intent and All Together.
Plus, we offer a range of great perks to help you thrive both in and out of work:
- Vibrant and social community who have annual celebrations, family fun days and regular events
- Enjoy flexible work arrangements, including the option of one day working from home each week or a 9-day fortnight
- Enjoy additional leave days - 'ME' leave and 'Volunteer Day' leave
- Option to purchase additional leave
- Quarterly Award and Recognition program
What Sets You Apart
You are someone who values championing the voice of the customer at every step. You'll also have:
- Familiarity with Voice of Customer programs or CX systems / survey platforms
- Large-scale B2C experience
- Experience in formal project management, from initiation through to rollout and delivery
- A proactive mindset - drive, energy and enthusiasm for getting things done
- Impressive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, focus groups, interviews) and digital feedback methods (intercepts, exit intent surveys) will impress us
- Proven stakeholder management experience, including the ability to craft compelling narratives that champion a customer-first mindset
