About the opportunity:
The Consolidated Tender Presenter is part of the Weeks Homes Estimating team and reports to the Sales Estimating Manager. The key focus of this role is to prepare Consolidated Tenders and issuing to customers to sign. More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate and deliver Consolidated Tenders and project documentation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

• Build strong working relationships across departments and ensure internal requests are actioned promptly

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to queries withing 24 hours and resolving issues professionally

• Maintain accuracy and compliance by checking tender documentation, managing variations and ensuring information is up to date in Business Craft

• Support the wider team with essential administration, including reporting, filing and processing project information

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

• Demonstrated administration background within a fast paced, high-volume environment

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and produce quality documentation 

• The ability to work under pressure successfully, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is obtained within timeframes

• Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design

• Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
