About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing end-to-end procurement and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of procurement and tender processes from planning through to contract award.
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage Requests for Tender (RFTs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), including supplier proposal evaluation and presentation preparation for senior management.
  • Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant company frameworks and internal policies.
  • Oversee contract administration, track key milestones, and maintain accurate records in procurement systems.
  • Drive process improvements and support training initiatives across the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, engineering or other related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management in manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and relevant tender management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse supplier proposals and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
