Your New Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and customer focused individual to join us as our next Transport Allocator at our brand new Mulgrave Head Office. If this is you, keep reading

Be a part of an ever-changing environment, where you will play a pivotal role in building on the sub-contractor relationships for the organisation.

This role will see you working varying start times between 6:00 am and 9:00 am.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling trucks (sub-contractors) for various jobs in a high-volume environment
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to customers, contractors and internal stakeholders;
  • Supporting our compliance team with ensuring adherence to NHVR Regulations and COR regulations;
  • Ensuring contractor driver and company information is updated and maintained;
  • Use of various systems;
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new contractors

About you:

  • Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry);
  • Fatigue Management experience (preferable)
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation;
  • Ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Able to work an occasional Saturday (additional pay provided)
