About the Role:

  • Lead and monitor quality audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support staff training, including mandatory requirements.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best-practice care initiatives.
  • Drive change management processes to improve resident outcomes and team culture.

Note: Quality Coordinator hours can be completed flexibly across any weekday (excluding weekends).

About You:

We are excited to hear from you about this role We are looking out for:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practising clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting.

  • Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.

  • Proven experience or interest in quality management, leadership, or clinical education.

  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.

  • Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing funding outcomes.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
