Senior Construction Services Engineer (Temporary Works)
to join their Brisbane team.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of innovative
temporary works design
across major infrastructure and building projects — working alongside a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, technical excellence, and creative problem-solving.

About the Role

You'll lead and deliver temporary works and construction engineering solutions that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery.

Day to day, you'll:


• Manage and review detailed design packages for temporary structures and construction methodologies


• Engage directly with clients, contractors and project stakeholders


• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture


• Drive innovation in design, safety, and constructability

About You

You're an experienced civil or structural engineer with:


• 6+ years' experience in temporary works or construction engineering design


• Strong understanding of construction methodology and its influence on design outcomes


• Proven ability to review and assess design documentation


• CPEng accreditation (or working towards it)


• A collaborative mindset and passion for practical, creative engineering
