About the Role

This position reports to the Coordinator Enrolment Operations and is responsible for efficient processing of all enrolment-related activities and the provision of excellent client service standard in the Enrolment Services team. A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and attention to detail are both critical to this role.

The Enrolment Administrator will be expected to handle a range of enrolment activities including the timely processing of all enrolment-related requests to ensure student enrolment records are accurate and up-to-date. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to respond to general enrolment enquiries and liaise with the broader University community with regards to enrolment matters to ensure the Enrolment Operations team continually provide an outstanding service to our students.

This position contributes to ensuring a high quality, consistent and coordinated service delivery model across the team's responsibilities achieved. The incumbent will be required to work flexibly across Student Administration to support operational needs, enable efficiencies, apply and maintain consistent work practices.

About You

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a diverse client and stakeholder group.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills in managing high numbers of enquiries, utilising problem-solving skills to provide information, advice and quality outcomes as a basis for service delivery.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Experience in the use of technology with good keyboard skills including large enterprise software systems and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
