This Christmas, we're on the hunt for high-energy legends to lead the fun on our Santa Photography Sets with Scene to Believe.

We're hiring Team Leaders (aka Chief Elves) across Australia and New Zealand in the Redland Bay Area including Victoria Point Shopping Centre.

As Chief Elf, you'll:

  • Lead a team and keep the good vibes flowing
  • Make sure every Santa visit is smooth, fun, and festive
  • Solve problems on the fly and keep things running like clockwork
  • Bring energy, empathy, and leadership to every shift
  • Be cool under pressure, great with people, and full of Christmas cheer
  • Be available from early Nov to Christmas Eve
  • Have (or be able to get) a Working with Children Check/Blue Card
