Behind the bar and in the kitchen, we take pride in a thoughtfully curated menu featuring top-shelf local spirits, beers, and seasonal cocktails, paired with elevated pub classics and fresh, shareable plates. At Tommys, it's all about good times, great taste, and that unmistakable feeling of being right where you belong.

We're now looking for a Bar Manager to lead the next chapter of our beverage story, someone who can elevate our already strong bar program and bring creativity, leadership, and genuine passion to this one-of-a-kind venue.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Curate and Create: Develop a premium spirits and cocktail list that celebrates both modern drinks innovation and flavours.

  • Elevate Service: Whilst we are a local bar, our desire is to deliver a world-class guest experience, from the first pour to the final farewell. Helping guide a supported bar team make memories for all our guests.

  • Lead by Example: Guide, mentor and inspire bartenders, mixologists and bar backs to perform at their best, building a culture of consistency, pride and excellence.

  • Refine Operations: Oversee bar systems, stock management, and service flow with precision and care.

Who You Are

  • A proven Bar Manager (3+ years) from a fast-paced, premium venue.

  • A leader who leads from the front, setting standards through your own actions.

  • Deeply knowledgeable about spirits, cocktails, and wine while being endlessly curious to learn more.

  • Organised, calm under pressure, and obsessive about quality and detail.
