Service Receptionist / Trainee Service Advisor - Peninsula Skoda & Peninsula Prestige

Due to continued growth, Peninsula Skoda and Peninsula Prestige are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Receptionist / Trainee Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their automotive career, with the chance to develop into a Service Advisor role.

About the Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for service customers - both in person and over the phone
  • Manage service bookings, scheduling, and customer enquiries
  • Support the Service Advisors and Technicians with administrative tasks
  • Provide clear and professional communication to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Learn and develop the skills required to step into a Service Advisor position

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Confident with computer systems and quick to learn new programs
  • A positive, professional, and proactive approach
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
