About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality artwork across digital and print, including long-form documents, presentations, marketing collateral, social media assets, and advertising materials.
  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment, applying design best practices to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all outputs.
  • Prepare artwork for production, formatting files correctly for various platforms (print, digital, web) and managing delivery to technical specs.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, working with the Design Lead, creative team, and wider brand & marketing team to bring concepts to life and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Deliver in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks across internal and external design needs with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Apply advanced image retouching skills, ensuring visuals are polished, professional, and meet the brand's aesthetic standards.
About You:
  • Proven experience in design, ideally gained in the advertising industry.
  • Brings solid technical design skills with a sharp eye for detail and usability.
  • Is organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
  • Communicates well and enjoys working closely with creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Understands finished art processes and how to prep files for both print and digital.
  • Is confident using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design platforms.
  • Has a strong grasp of design fundamentals—typography, colour, layout, and interaction.
  • Loves creating thoughtful, polished design solutions that balance creativity and precision.
