Your part in our BlueCare team

  • You'll work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care.
  • Through your knowledge, you'll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You'll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
  • Working closely with your senior clinicians, you'll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.
