Job Description

T&T Lawyers is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Sydney. We are a general practice and our areas include property law, commercial law and immigration law. We have an interesting and broad range of work - we may be in court fighting to keep a client in Australia or we may be negotiating a multi-million dollar contract on behalf of a commercial client.

T&T Lawyers is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Sydney. We are a general practice and our areas include property law, commercial law and immigration law. We have an interesting and broad range of work - we may be in court fighting to keep a client in Australia or we may be negotiating a multi-million dollar contract on behalf of a commercial client.

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic law student (or graduate looking for PLT) who wishes to obtain experience for a minimum of 2-3 days per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

The Role Includes

  • Preparing various legal documents and forms;
  • Drafting correspondence;
  • Legal research;
  • Attending courts and client meetings for observation purposes; and
  • File management and general administrative duties.

Please note that this is a volunteer position with a view to a permanent position.
