SUPA Tech' is seeking an experienced Security Installer, Commissioning Technician and Service Technician to join our team in NSW, sites across predominantly Sydney, occasionally ACT, Newcastle, Wollongong. As a skilled installer / technician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of a range of security systems and technologies. This full-time, hands-on role/s offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding business.

?? Depending on the role you will be:

Install, configure, and commission a variety of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intercom solutions. Previous knowledge with these solutions is essential.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with security systems, and provide efficient and effective maintenance and repair services

Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and provide comprehensive reporting to the management team

Support the wider team with project coordination, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing

??What we're looking for - dependant on the selected role:

Proven experience as an electronic security systems technician, with a strong background in installation, commissioning, maintenance and / or service tech experience.

Excellent technical skills and a deep understanding of electronic security system technologies, including CCTV, access control, and intercoms

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients

A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required

White card (for installation technician role) & Security License
