**Quick take**: We don’t do maintenance. We do **repairs, renovations, and insurance make‑safes**. If you can scope, quote, procure, deliver quality work, and coordinate other trades without hand‑holding, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
- **Attend assigned sites** to assess damage/works, diagnose causes, and define the fix.
- **Quote clearly**: scope, photos, materials, labour, and timeframes via our job app.
- **Procure materials** efficiently; track receipts and keep costs tight.
- **Deliver quality repairs & renos**: plastering/patch & paint, carpentry, kitchen cabinet repair/replacement/installation, plasterboard (Gyprock) install, and temporary fencing setup.
- **Coordinate trades** (internal/external) when licensed work is required.
- **Insurance make‑safe**: respond promptly to incidents/severe weather, secure the site, prevent further damage, document thoroughly.
- **Close out properly**: defect‑free finish, clear communication with tenants/owners, photos and notes uploaded.

Must‑haves
- **Presentable, reliable, organised** with **excellent communication**.
- **Self‑managing**: plan your day, hit deadlines, and finish to renovation standard.
- Proven skills in **plastering, painting, carpentry, kitchen joinery**, plasterboard install, and basic site safety setups.
- **Working knowledge** of electrical, plumbing, and tiling to coordinate licensed trades (you won’t be doing licensed work).
- **Own vehicle & tools**, smartphone, current driver’s licence.
- **ABN (or equivalent), Public Liability insurance**, full work rights; able to pass a police check.

Nice to have
- Trade qualification (carpentry/joinery preferred).
- Prior **insurance repair/make‑safe** experience.
- White Card / Construction Induction / Working from heights
- Basic tiling and minor non‑licensed make‑good skills.
