*Andy's Bakery* is looking for candidates for the position of Bakery Store Manager*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

  • Manage and operate the daily operations of the pastry shop

  • Ensure product quality and best customer service

  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training and development

  • Inventory management, ordering and cost control

  • Develop and implement business plans, including sales and profits

  • Ensure the store is always clean, safe and complies with food hygiene standards

*REQUEST:*

  • Experience managing retail stores or food industry (minimum 1 year)

  • Good leadership, management and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in groups

  • Having knowledge about cakes and food products is an advantage

  • Ability to work flexibly and work under pressure
