Your Role as an Electrical Project Manager

As our Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations. You'll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with a team dedicated to innovation and results.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule and resource allocation.
  • Inspire and guide project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Assign tasks, set performance expectations and monitor work progress.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare project budgets and forecasts while ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation.
  • Engage stakeholders through clear, effective communication and strategic planning.
  • The ability to implement a project design from the customer's perspective and transfer this into a technical solution.
  • Solve challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure all documentation aligns with safety and quality standards.

What You Need:

  • Relevant experience/qualifications in Electrical Project Management or 3+ years demonstrated electrical experience as a qualified tradesperson (experience in construction and commercial sectors preferable).
  • PMP Certification (highly desirable).
  • Experience using job tracking software (i.e. SimPRO)
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
