The Role | What You'll Bring

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in aged care or a customer-focused industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health Social Science, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in operational management and service delivery within aged care or healthcare.
  • Operational and Compliance Expertise: Extensive experience in change management, quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and the successful implementation of best practices in aged care or healthcare settings.
