Impact Services is a proudly Indigenous-owned organisation dedicated to transforming lives through employment. We began in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia as an Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal labour hire, recruitment, and contract services provider. Building on this success, we have expanded across Perth, delivering the Workforce Australia contract across the Perth North Region.

The Role:

At Impact Services, we're on a mission to create opportunities that change lives and we're looking for a dynamic Field Officer to join our growing team

You'll be the go-to mentor and connector for our labour hire candidates, apprentices and trainees. From recruitment to retention, you'll walk beside them every step of the way, helping them kickstart their careers, overcome challenges, and thrive in their roles.

You will:

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, employers and training providers
  • Support apprentices and trainees to stay engaged, on track and confident in their journey
  • Match the right people to the right opportunities through genuine understanding and care
  • Facilitate workshops on job-readiness, communication, and workplace success
  • Visit worksites to check in, offer guidance and celebrate wins
  • Promote Impact Services at career expos and community events
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure quality outcomes for all

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role or industry
  • Friendly, positive, and professional in client and staff interactions
  • Able to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse groups.
  • Willingness to travel within Albany, Perth and regional WA

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications: To be eligible to work for us, you need to have:

  • National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
  • Cert IV in Mentoring or working towards one desirable)
  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • A valid Working with Children's Card (or ability to obtain)
