About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Data Platform initiative supporting a major data capability transformation across the health and community services sector.

The Data Platform Project Manager will be responsible for project planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement, and building a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to define and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple agencies to deliver project outcomes.
  • Work with the finance team to manage budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
  • Provide status updates, briefing notes, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering Data Platform implementation and expansion projects.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with health data analysis and engineering (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft data platforms (highly desirable).
