Project Manager

Location: ACT, TAS, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD

Join a high-impact reform initiative that is shaping the future of veterans' services in Australia. As a Project Manager within the Communications, Project Management and Change team, you will play a key role in delivering a landmark legislative transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the largest reform in veterans' legislation in over a century, helping ensure the successful implementation of the new VETS Act across people, systems and policies.

Key Duties:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, financials, issues, benefits and dependencies
  • Deliver project outcomes within agreed quality, cost and time parameters
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success
  • Prepare regular status reports and maintain project documentation and registers

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience delivering business projects in complex environments
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Background in policy environments; knowledge of compensation legislation is a plus
