The Care Park Group is a global parking management and property services provider approaching 500 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Central Europe and the United Kingdom. Our services include parking operations in major locations such as the Melbourne Sports Aquatic Centre, Queen Victoria Market, and extending to hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centre's. We park over 200,000 cars daily world wide.

We are seeking Sales/Customer Service Administrator. This is a full-time role based at our Melbourne Head Office. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Duties will Include but not limited to:

  • Supporting our sales and customer service teams
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with customer account management and data entry
  • Performing general office and administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • A proactive and professional approach to administrative tasks
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
