Telstra is hiring Our MELBOURNE ICON store is seeking a Full Time Retail Consultant to join the team in Melbourne. Working in a Telstra Retail Store offers an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a meaningful career within a market leader. What you'll do
  • Showcase your X-factor and stay continually trained on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets
  • Provide consultative service and solutions to customers
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and develop customised solutions
  • Support sales targets and contribute to achieving KPIs
About you
  • Able to easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers
  • Capable of developing customised solutions for customers
  • Driven to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
  • Hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while delivering excellent customer service
