Your Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll join a well established team who enjoy looking above the status quo.  You'll ensure the client needs are not only met, but delivered efficiently, on time and on budget, whilst achieving total customer satisfaction. The role requires you to:

  • Manage multiple projects within budget, preventing delays from incorrect materials or information.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all projects.
  • Review site reports, construction reports, BOI, and project designs to ensure correct materials, compliant methods, and clear instructions for all site personnel.
  • Produce drawings, sketches, and documentation to support job sites, labourers, installation teams and planning.
  • Coordinate in-house materials and workshop fabrication; manage stock, suppliers, and purchase orders.
  • Support installers and Project Coordinators with technical guidance, defect resolution, and training.
  • Review site works and final inspection reports to verify compliance and quality.
  • Attend client site meetings to address technical queries and project details.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and safety practices.

Other Details

Based on-site in Mount Gambier, this full time role is Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm. Salary guide is commensurate with skills and experience and falls between $130-$150K + Super, Vehicle, Phone and Laptop.  The company offers rare bonus schemes for their people as well as other employee benefits.  Psychometric testing and necessary clearances will be required.

About You

  • Proven track record delivering industrial or commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Pragmatic, resourceful problem-solver with excellent spatial awareness.
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational skills; able to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of safe working practices with experience in construction, metal fabrication, or engineering; trade qualification desirable.
  • Skilled in reading, interpreting, and producing technical drawings; proficient in office IT applications.
  • Strong focus on safety, compliance, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
  • Collaborative and courteous in dealing with stakeholders; experienced in supporting leadership to achieve KPIs.
