Breakfast Point Country Club – Full-Time Hospitality & Events Professional

Full-Time Position | Wednesday to Sunday Roster

Breakfast Point Country Club is a premier members-only venue offering an exceptional dining and lifestyle experience. The Club features a café, restaurant, bar, and poolside kiosk, and hosts a wide range of private and corporate events throughout the year.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hospitality & Events Professional to join our team full-time. This role requires a polished, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both the operational and service sides of hospitality.

About the Role

This full-time position will focus primarily on the delivery of functions and events, including weddings, private celebrations, and member events. When not overseeing events, you will support the day-to-day operations of the café and restaurant to ensure a seamless member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering high-quality events and functions from setup to pack-down
  • Providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Supporting the restaurant and café teams during service periods
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and customer care
  • Assisting with stock control, bar service, and closing procedures

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Wednesday to Sunday
  • Flexibility required for daytime, evening, and event hours

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality, including event and function service
  • Strong background in food and beverage operations, including bar and café service
  • Proven ability to manage events and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Professional, reliable, and capable of working both independently and within a small team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, presentation, and time management
  • Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to all aspects of hospitality

Key Requirements

  • RSA Competency (Essential)
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Availability to work a flexible roster (Wednesday–Sunday, including evenings and events)
