About the position:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding General Liability team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of liability matters including personal injury, institutional abuse, property damage, and product liability.

You'll be representing insurers and institutional clients in high-profile, often sensitive disputes, with support from top-tier mentors and the opportunity to tailor your caseload based on your preferences. Whether you're looking to specialise or prefer a diverse workload across general liability, this firm offers flexibility and support for both pathways.

Your work will make a tangible difference—advising on litigation that requires strategic thinking, empathy, and technical expertise.

Key Requirements:

  • Associate or Senior Associate level (minimum 3 years PAE preferred)
  • Experience in general liability, personal injury, or related litigation
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage complex files
  • A client-focused approach and genuine interest in insurance law
