Are you passionate about creating seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital and in-restaurant platforms? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Merchandising Consultant who will be at the forefront of how customers experience McDonald's across our digital and in-restaurant touchpoints. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you'll lead content production and strategy across campaigns and channels to deliver a consistent and compelling customer journey.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Acting as the go-to expert for digital merchandising, guiding teams on best practices and content performanceDelivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand consistencyManaging agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality content deliverySupporting the rollout of new in-restaurant digital experiences aligned with business goalsAnalysing campaign performance and customer insights to drive continuous improvementContributing to digital experience initiatives across CRM, eCommerce, and new digital launches Your keys to success:
5+ years' experience in marketing or digital rolesStrong retail and merchandising expertise, ideally within QSR or retail environmentsExperience managing both in-store and digital merchandising channels (e.g. kiosks, menu boards, app, web)A data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise content based on performance insightsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationshipsExcellent communication, organisation, and project management skillsA degree in marketing or a related field is desirable Relish in the Macca's difference when you join the Golden Arches:
