The Digital Crew, within Retail Banking Services (RBS), drives the strategy and experiences behind CommBank's market leading digital channels. We obsess over the integral services and brilliant moments we deliver to over nine million digitally active customers, making CommBank the worlds most loved financial companion, where every interaction feels personal and purposeful.

Your impact and contribution

As the Product Owner, Home and Wayfinding, you will lead one of the most critical experiences in our digital ecosystem — the Home Screen and Navigation of our CommBank app. This is the beating heart of our app, the first touchpoint for over 9 million digitally active customers, with more than 13 million logins per day - you and your team will be accountable for the compass to every journey, goal, and "aha" moment.

You'll be responsible for shaping the movement system within the App guiding customers with clarity, consistency, and confidence. From the Home Screen to menus, tabs, shortcuts, and search entry points, your work will define how customers find what they need, feel in control, and discover value—effortlessly, intuitively.

Drawing from your strong product leadership experience, you're constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that fundamentally shift the customer experience and unlock more value. Your passion for and ability to solve complex problems is key to delivering these high-quality digital products to market.

You have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity coupled with the resilience and tenacity to see things through, working with a diverse range of stakeholders across a range of financial products

You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous discovery, delivery and user testing.

We're interested in hearing from an experienced digital product leaders with relevant skills and experience including:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on large-scale mobile applications with layered architecture 

• Experience working in modern agile product teams with a solid grasp of product operating model principles.

• An understanding of personalisation capability; navigation and AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.

• Ideally understanding of mobile navigation paradigms and managing navigation complexity

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.

• Experience balancing technology uplift along with experience transformation, continuously improving the technology estate.

• Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills.

• Passionate about creating human-centred experiences, collaborating with Product Designers

• Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with engineers.

• Experience working with AI is highly desirable
