**About the role**
The Technical Product Lead will join an established Web and mobile development team to work across a number of exciting products to build business requirement documentation. Working closely with business and technical partners to understand and document requirements.
- Responsibilities:_
- Working with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes
- Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively provide the outcome for the customer
- Understand, document, and communicate the objectives, drivers, and business value proposition of a change
- Work closely with the development team for sprint planning, sprint showcases, sprint retrospectives and other Agile meetings. While Co-ordinating release planning and development, for features and scaling and product roadmap.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the development team will work on next. Ensuring the development team understands items in the product backlog to the level needed.
- Lead and assist with recruitment of project resources in collaboration with the Project Manager and Program Manager.
- Ensuring solutions are relevant, usable, scalable, and accessible given the complexities of the Department's operating and ICT environments and Government's 'tell us once' priority.

**About you**
- 6+ years of Mobile lead /Technical Product Owner experience
- Experience in Android & IOS Mobile App Development
- Experience working on Web development, mobile apps development, programs
- Strong Agile experience - working in product teams to write Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews or workshops to gather and refine requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
