ILSA is a registered NDIS provider, who provide personalised support for people with a variety of disabilities including those with physical and psychosocial disabilities. ILSA operates within a person-centred approach and promotes flexible, independent living sensitive to the individual needs of our clients.

Essential selection criteria:

  • Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Registered and Comprehensively Insured vehicle

Desirable Selection Criteria:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and/ or experience in working with people with disabilities is highly desirable. Consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate a genuine interest in developing skills in support work.
