About us

Club Helensvale, located on the northern end of the Gold Coast in one of Australia's fastest growing areas, is looking for a dedicated and professional Duty Manager, to form part of our dynamic team

In addition to its busy food and beverage outlets, the club consists of state-of-the-art bowlers' complex, covered greens and large function centre.

About the role

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role, from within the hospitality industry and have demonstrated management and leadership skills, as well as being customer service driven.

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Club, and will require experience in all aspects of Bar, Gaming and Catering and opening and closing operations.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Long term experience working in the hospitality environment with Gaming Supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service values
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry
  • Sound level of computer literacy
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Enjoy a hands on role
  • Available to work a rotating roster across 7 days, opens, closes and mid shifts.
