We are currently looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team, working 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (either 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm).

Reporting to Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • End to end processing of creditor invoices

  • Preparing and processing payments accurately

  • Reconciling of all creditor accounts

  • Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice payments

  • Assisting with general administrative as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role

  • Experience using SAP would be highly regarded

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Intermediate Excel skills with high analytical skills

  • A team oriented, customer focused and results driven attitude
