Role Overview:

As a CNC Saw Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in our fabrication process.  Operating the CNC Bridge Saw equipment to cut, shape, and finish stone surfaces to exact specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring timely project delivery.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Operating our CNC Bridge Saw to produce high-quality stone products
  • Interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in your work
  • Setting up and preparing machinery and materials for each job
  • Performing thorough quality checks to maintain a perfect finish
  • Working as a key team member, communicating effectively to achieve production goals
  • Adhering to all WH&S and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning on your equipment
  • Experience with CAD programming would be a great advantage

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience operating CNC and/or saw machines is preferred, especially in the stone or woodworking industries. We also value transferable skills from other manufacturing or production backgrounds. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate
  • The ability to read technical drawings and measure precisely
  • A strong mechanical aptitude, computer literacy, and excellent attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • A valid forklift license is a plus
  • A current White Card is preferred, but we can help you get one
