It employs over 300 staff members, operates production lines worldwide, and holds market share leadership.Job DescriptionSales Representatives are the face of Veegoo visiting our main customer base, the slab fabricator.
This role involves selling fabrication machines, fabrication lines, tools, and parts.
The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, perseverance, outstanding communication skills, the ability to multi-task, self-reliance, and great time management.Job Responsibilities:Weekly visits to customers to sell equipment, spare parts, and tools.Hold face-to-face consultations with new and existing customers, learning about their business and how Veegoo solutions can enhance their results.Maintain customer relationships by delivering full-cycle services including pre-sales technical support and post-sales issue coordination.Respond to emails, texts, and calls.Be responsible for system information and reporting in CRM application.Work with finance and logistics departments to negotiate contract terms, track order delivery, and manage payment collection.Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier.Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights that influence our sales strategies.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to feedback market demands, promote product optimization, and customized solutions.Regular automobile travel is required; you must have your own independent, reliable transportation.
This position requires you to work in the field, making in-person visits to customers every week.May involve working in environments with irritating odors or dust.Qualifications:High school diploma or above; preference for candidates with marketing, mechanical engineering, stone engineering, or related experience.Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment sales experience (preferably in stone/building materials/mechanical sectors), with prior access to North American market resources preferred.Familiarity with stone processing technological processes and equipment specifications (e.g., cutting machines, polishing machines, CNC tools) preferred.Strong market insight and business negotiation capabilities, with proven ability to independently develop and maintain medium-to-large clients.Proficient in office software and data analysis.Demonstrated resilience under pressure and adaptability to travel requirements.Strong team collaboration mindset, with ability to integrate resources for project implementation.Must be willing to drive for extended periods during the day.Valid driver's license with a clean record.Legal work authorization in Australia.Compensation: Higher than the market average, with commission calculated separately.
When the commission is unstable in the first year of employment, a higher base salary can be negotiated.
