We're now seeking an enthusiastic and capable team member to join our ecommerce operations at Stones Corner Pharmacy.
About the Role-
This Ecommerce & Fulfilment Assistant role will see you supporting our expanding digital retail presence, with a strong focus on stock control, inventory management, and order fulfilment. You'll work hands-on across product listings, order processing, customer service, and logistics, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained throughout. This is an ideal role for someone with ecommerce or fulfilment experience who's looking to grow in a stable, mid-level position within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify (images, descriptions, pricing, categories)
- Prepare and format data for online marketplaces using middleware and integration tools
- Pick and pack orders from the Stones Corner pharmacy, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Liaise with customers across email, phone, and marketplace channels for support, queries, and issues
- Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock transfers between multiple pharmacy locations
- Assist with tracking, fulfilment issues, and day-to-day ecommerce operations
- Organising and maintaining the storeroom for optimal efficiency and accessibility
- Overseeing stock refill activities carried out by pharmacy staff
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in ecommerce, fulfilment, or online retail preferred
- Comfortable using Shopify (or similar platforms) and working with spreadsheets or inventory data
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills across written and verbal channels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of performing manual labor to assist with packing, lifting, shelving small boxes
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt as systems and processes evolve
