Warwick Friendly Society is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Warwick, QLD. What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks, such as customer service, membership queries, stock management, and cashier duties
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing script requests
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards in the performance of your duties
  • Supporting the wider pharmacy team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the pharmacy and its customers
  • A team-oriented attitude and the willingness to support your colleagues as needed
  • Prior Pharmacy experience highly valued
