We are growing our team and looking for a new Senior Partnerships Manager for our Corporate Health Insurance Division, responsible for engaging with and maintaining corporate health plan client accounts.

About the Role:
As a Corporate Health Senior Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell highly sought after services and products that offer a unique solution in the Corporate Health Insurance market. The Senior Partnerships Manager territory spans Australia, therefore semi-regular travel is a requirement with this role.
This position requires a strong understanding of corporate health plan account management, health insurance products and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take part in strategic planning and management of all corporate client engagement activities to maximise client satisfaction and market share in corporate health portfolios.
- Ongoing identification, development, and assessment of new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain long-term effective partnerships with corporate clients to ensure client retention/satisfaction.
- Maintaining contacts with corporate clients within a tiered service regime
- Identify and target key markets, prospective clients and accounts for increased market presence.
- Identify suitable corporate plan products and services for new and existing clients
- Negotiate terms with Underwriters for corporate accounts
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing performance of corporate schemes, annual client renewals and retention.
- Achieve agreed retention and sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of service excellence to ensure Gallagher is optimally positioned in the industry
- Effectively manage and build relationships with key internal stakeholders, seeking out cross-collaboration opportunities.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years experience in the Health Insurance Industry including knowledge of subsidised corporate plans and services, Health Insurance Funds and the relations with Intermediaries
- Sales and/or account management experience within Corporate Health insurance is required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to details
