About Avocado

We are an IT Consultancy with a primary focus on innovation engineering across Cyber Security, CloudOps and Software Testing. Our tailored IT solutions allow organisations to optimise productivity, reduce costs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for an Salesforce test lead to work on one of our projects in the financial services sector.

About the Role

  • Leading test and evaluation activities, including liaising with Integration Manager, System Architects, business users, business analysts and developers to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements
  • Writing test plans, developing and executing Sprints, SIT, business End-to-End test cases, UAT, raise and manage defects and writing test reports etc.
  • Functional requirement analysis, review, and static testing.
  • Coordination of daily test execution and reassigning fixed defects for retest.
  • Stakeholder engagement, communications, and review discussions.
  • Manage & maintain best practice for the testing within the team and influence the definition of best practice through team experience and feedback.

About You

  • SME knowledge & experience with Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience in either SOQL, Apex or Salesforce Lightning
  • Must have experience working in the financial services or insurance sector.
