We're looking for a results-driven, automation-savvy Social & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take our digital presence to the next level. As our Social & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clubs through social media strategies.

The Role

This is not your standard marketing role. As Social & Digital Marketing Manager, we need someone who can design, automate, and optimise the full lead journey—from the moment a prospect engages with our brand through to nurturing, conversion, and booking. You'll have ownership of how leads flow through our funnels, setting up and refining systems that ensure speed-to-lead, automated nurturing, and booked appointments for our team. With the support of a Digital Marketing VA already on the team, you'll be free to focus on strategy, execution, and innovation.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Build and manage automated funnels that capture, nurture, and convert leads into booked appointments.
• Execute high-performing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Own CRM and marketing automation platforms—ensuring leads are responded to quickly, nurtured intelligently, and never fall through the cracks.
• Manage engaging social media campaigns that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
• Analyse web, funnel, and campaign data to continuously optimise performance.
• Collaborate with operations and club teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Create content that not only attracts attention but also drives measurable outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is more than just creative—you must also be a systems thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing automation and lead nurturing.

• Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and funnel automation.
• Expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar CRM/automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map and optimise customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar).
• Experience in the fitness industry (preferred, but not essential).
