We're on the lookout for a Concession Manager to take the lead at MYER Karrinyup, someone who thrives on delivering a next-level customer experience and empowering a high-performing team.

The Opportunity:

38 hours per week | Tuesday - Wednesday: 9am - 5.30pm | Thursday 9am-4pm | Friday: 9am - 5.30pm | Saturday: 9am - 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
  • Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
  • Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
  • Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
  • Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
  • Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
