**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a talented retail leader with a genuine passion for footwear to join our iconic brand in a
**Concession Manager **capacity at our
**Myer Karrinyup **Concession store. This role will see you:

- Support and lead a small team of dedicated retail experts
- Complete operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching
- Deliver genuine and personalised service
- Contribute to the achievement sales and KPI targets
- Actively promote the brand as a Nine West ambassador
- Foster a supportive, high-performing and fun team culture
- Liaise with Concession support staff

**About you**:

- Proven retail (fashion) management experience
- Unconditionally high standards of management and customer service delivery
- Proven experience in the strategic selling skills
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- A committed and pro-active work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster a fun, dynamic team environment
