**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, sales attainment, financial growth and the provision of the highest level of service, as well as:

- Deliver exceptional leadership abilities
- Undertake operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching
- Actively drive the achievement of sales & KPI targets
- Develop a culture in line with Nine West values
- Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
- Drive policy & procedure adherence

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous retail management experience
- Proven ability to meet & exceed KPI's
- Motivational leadership style that creates internal growth
- Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
- Ability to initiate change by influencing and inspiring your team
- An understanding of all in store retail operations
