The role

Ready to lead a team where compliance is all about collaboration and guidance? The Team Leader, Compliance works under broad direction and provides leadership in coordinating a range of proactive and reactive compliance activities within legislative timeframes and in accordance with the Act and National Regulations..

Your role will involve providing strategic oversight and mentorship to Compliance Officers, ensuring their performance aligns with agency values and regulatory posture. Lead compliance and monitoring activities with a proactive, risk-based approach to mitigate regulatory risks and promote voluntary compliance.

Available roles:

1 x Team Leader, Complaince (Ongoing)

1 x Team Leader, Compliance (12 Month Term, with possibility for extension or Ongoing)

1 x Team Leader, Compliance (24 Month Term, with possibility for extension, leading the Education Standards Boards coordinated effort with the Australian Governments Joint Compliance Monitoring Program)
