About the role

As a Performance & Process Advisor, you'll support the design, review, and optimisation of operational processes across onshore, offshore, and technology-driven models. You'll contribute to performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Support the execution of business models including offshore, onshore, and technology-based operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving processes to reduce inefficiencies, rework, and fail points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor performance and remove barriers to execution.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise to support operational changes and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to governance activities including reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation.

What you'll bring 

  • 2+ years' experience in Recoveries & Settlements, Motor Claims, or similar operational environments.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify performance opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks to meet business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of claims processes and systems, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
