Project Administrator – Interior Projects Firm

  • Location: Based in Werribee, VIC
  • Salary: A great salary package is offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.
  • Tenure: Full time and ongoing

About the role:

You'll play a key role in organising and managing all aspects of construction projects. This involves working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate costs, defined project scopes, and complete documentation. From full-scale fit-outs to detailed refurbishments, you will coordinate trades, suppliers, and timelines with precision and a commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities of the Project Administrator will include:

  • Attend project, client and internal meetings as required and assist with the preparation of reports, minutes, agendas and other project documents such as client tenders, quotations, bill of quantities and more, under the direction of senior staff.
  • Provide support for staff on projects to meet client requirements and business targets, developing and reviewing variations to contracts, projects and services provided, where needed.
  • Ensure the smooth running of project processes, reviewing correspondence and documentation and escalating issues to senior management
  • Gather and analyse data associated with projects undertaken and report on the results.
  • Adhere to the reporting requirements as defined by the management group.

To successfully apply, you will have:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in an industry-related discipline, such as architecture, building, engineering or project management.
  • Minimum 1, (preferably much more) years of Project Administration experience preferably in a similar industry.
  • Well-developed skills in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A detail oriented and well organised approach to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

You must have unrestricted full time Australian working rights to be considered.
