Our client in who operates in Commercial Storage, Racking and Shelving, are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.
They are seeking a candidate who is committed to deliver exceptional end-to-end warehousing racking solutions which can help businesses with high-quality durable products that can meet all factory shelving needs.
This role is crucial in maintaining the company`s reputation as a highly trusted storage solution provider by ensuring smooth delivery and installation of their products.
Major duties & responsibilities: Coordinate and track all post-sale activities from order confirmation to installation completion.
Liaise between sales team, delivery partners, and installation crews.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to both sales team and customers.
Manage installation scheduling and coordinate with relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records of all after-sales activities in the system.
Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure all service delivery meets company`s high standards.
Qualification & Key Skills: Must have previously worked in shelving and racking industries (Key essential).
Experience in customer service or project coordination role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
Valid Australian driver's license.
