Are you a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Room Leader to join our vibrant 23-place childcare centre. As an integral part of our leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our centre, supporting the Director, and leading a team of passionate educators in providing exceptional care and education for young children.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by fostering a positive, nurturing environment, and helping to implement high-quality educational programs that support children's development. Your expertise in early childhood education, combined with your leadership skills, will empower you to guide and mentor staff, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the growth of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Director in the overall operation of the centre.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators.

Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.

Foster positive relationships with families, children, and the community.

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a childcare setting.

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
