About role:

Qualified Chef

(Ability to work in all sections as required, including pan sections.)

About you:

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who loves delivering great food, and who can maintain an incredible balance of getting things done AND delivering an epic dining experience.

· Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is essential. ​

· Hotel/pub experience will be highly regarded.

· Maintain strong food safety and property standards, setting the pace in the industry.

· Collaborate with the other chef in ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of food in all areas of responsibility.

· Also,

Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.

Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations.

Assist the team with preparation and execution during service periods.

Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish, focusing on attention to detail.

What We Request:

The successful applicant will have 5 years' experience in a similar role and a willing desire to learn and self-develop.

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and good communication skills. Ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure.
